Penderyn Distillery

Penderyn, founded in 2000 in the foothills of the Brecon Beacons, is the first distillery to operate in Wales for over a century. Its signature Faraday single-column still produces a remarkably clean, light spirit, matured in a variety of casks from bourbon to wine in the country's whisky revival. The result is a fresh, fruity single malt with a delicate, honeyed character.
