The other great classic of Penderyn's Dragon range: a fresh, light single malt, distilled in the copper column still at the Brecon valley distillery and matured in American bourbon barrels with specially selected rejuvenated oak casks. Lively and fruity on the nose, with mixed citrus, apple, a hint of pear and a tropical touch; sweetness dominates on the palate, then a refreshing bitterness emerges while the fruit keeps leading. A finish that fades slowly, leaving a light, easy-drinking impression. 40%, 700 ml.
