Penderyn Legend

The best-known classic of Penderyn's Dragon range, the distillery in the Brecon valley: a single malt distilled in its signature copper column still and matured in American bourbon barrels with a finish in Madeira wine casks. Fresh and clean on the nose, with apples, citrus, creamy fudge and sultanas; on the palate it is incredibly smooth and rich in dried fruit, with a delicate sweetness and a refreshing hint of bitterness. A long finish of Madeira cake and sultanas. 40%, 700 ml.
