By resting for 12 months in a first-fill ex-bourbon cask, the whisky's foundational character isn't masked—it is magnificently amplified. The Tasting Experience:

• Aroma: A comforting invitation of honey drizzled over buttered toast, immediately followed by ripe banana and a tropical burst of pineapple and sweet lemon zest. Underlying hints of vanilla blossoms, red peppercorns, and tart nectarine add brilliant complexity.

• Palate: Luxuriously sweet and well-rounded. Decadent waves of buttery caramel and toasted oak give way to warming cinnamon spice, perfectly balanced by the sharpness of bitter lemon zest and a deep, rich barrel char.
