Silkie The Legendary

The first release from Sliabh Liag Distillers, inspired by the legends of the silkie seals of the Donegal coast. An Irish blend of double and triple distilled single malts, soft grain whiskey and a hint of peated malt. Hand-bottled at 46% ABV without chill filtration. Nose of green apple, ripe red fruits and a delicate smoke. A very smooth, buttery palate of honey, gingerbread and orange zest. A finish of oaky, smoky sweetness with warming spice.
