500 ml edition from the Distillery Reserve collection. A small batch of 13-year-old Scapa bottled at cask strength, matured in a first-fill sherry butt and bottled on 11 March 2025. Volume: 50cl ABV: 61.3% Flavour profile The aroma: Red berries, candied orange and dark honey. On the palate: Intense sherry, chocolate, sweet spices and a soft maritime Orkney undertone. Finish notes: Long, warm and with a saline touch.
