Scapa

Orkney distillery founded in 1885 on the shores of Scapa Flow, near Kirkwall. It is the younger of the two Orkney distilleries and the only one in Scotland to use a Lomond still. Its unpeated malt, made with very long fermentations, yields a light, honeyed and fruity style with a subtle maritime salinity.
