Miyagikyo Single Malt

The floral counterpart to Yoichi: Nikka's no-age-statement single malt distilled on indirect-steam stills and matured mainly in sherry casks. Iris and banana on the nose, chocolate and ginger on the palate, with a long finish of wilted roses and nuts. An elegant, fruity single malt from the leafy Sendai valley, lifted by a whisper of peat.
