M&H Elements Red Wine Cask

The flagship of Milk & Honey's Elements series and its most personal single malt: a 46% NAS built from the Classic, matured in ex-bourbon, then finished in red-wine casks of Carignan from Israeli vineyards, with a touch of STR and virgin oak. Unchill-filtered and uncoloured. A nose of dried red fruits, ginger and oak wrapped in a gentle minerality; a light-bodied palate of rich red wine, dry oak and vanilla blossom; a soft but rich finish with dried fruits and dark raisins lingering. 46%, 700 ml.
