Milk & Honey Distillery

Israel's first whisky distillery, founded in 2012 by Gal Kalkstein with a group of friends in south Tel Aviv and in production since 2015. Its Mediterranean climate speeds up maturation, and its cask experiments — sherry, kosher red wine and pomegranate — earned it the World's Best Single Malt award in 2023 with its Elements Sherry.
