Elsass Whisky Origine

The founding single malt of Alsace's oldest distillery, made from Alsatian barley and matured around seven years in white-wine casks from Bordeaux, often with a touch of Sauternes, at 40% unchill-filtered and uncoloured. A powerful nose of toasted malt, oak, vanilla and confited fruit with pear and mirabelle; a rich, buttery mouth led by vanilla pastries, round and oily; a long, woody, indulgent finish. Certified with the Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant seal.
