Distillerie Lehmann

Alsace's oldest artisan distillery, founded in 1850 by Joseph Lehmann near Bischoffsheim and based in Obernai since 1993. Fifth-generation Yves Lehmann distilled the region's first single malt there in 2000 and launched the Elsass Whisky range in 2007, a pioneer of the IGP Alsace, continued today by the sixth generation — Elsa, Thibaud and Florent. Its single malts, from Alsatian barley and French white-wine, Sauternes, Cognac or Champagne casks, carry the Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant seal.
