Glann ar Mor's smoky younger sibling: a single malt heavily peated to 50 ppm, matured in first-fill ex-bourbon casks at the same sea-side Breton distillery and bottled at 46% unchill-filtered and uncoloured. Sea salt and iodine open the nose into a bouquet of lemon peel and beeswax veiled in vanilla; smoke and peat balance the fruity ginger and white-pepper notes on the palate; a smoky, maritime, long finish. Named European Whisky of the Year by the 2016 Whisky Bible.
