Kilkerran 12 Year Old

Kilkerran 12 is the first release single malt from the revived Glengyle distillery (2004) and the first in its core range. Lightly peated, it is matured in 70% bourbon casks and 30% sherry casks, and bottled at 46% ABV without chill filtration. It offers the citrus notes and oily texture characteristic of Campbeltown: spicy oak, toasted marshmallow, dried fruit, cherries, marzipan and a hint of peat, with a velvety, salty and slightly oily finish.
