Isle of Raasay Single Malt

700 ml presentation. The signature single malt from the first distillery on the Isle of Raasay, crafted from peated and unpeated spirit matured separately in first-fill American rye whisky, virgin Chinkapin oak and first-fill Bordeaux red wine casks. Bottled at 46.4% vol, natural colour and non-chill filtered, it is lightly peated and balanced with rich dark fruit flavours. Volume: 70cl ABV: 46.4% Flavour profile The aroma: Bonfire smoke and ash, white pepper, green apple and toffee. On the palate: Sweet heather smoke, vanilla fudge, black cherry and melon. Finish notes: Long, ashy and dry, with a saline touch.
