Isle of Raasay Distillery

Distillery founded in 2017 by R&B Distillers on the Isle of Raasay, off the east coast of Skye, inside a restored Victorian manor house that also hosts a small hotel. It distils peated (50 ppm) and unpeated spirit separately and matures each in first-fill American rye whisky, virgin Chinkapin oak and first-fill Bordeaux red wine casks to create its signature island style.
