Domaine des Hautes Glaces Indigène

The flagship single malt of the Domaine des Hautes Glaces, the world's first regenerative farm distillery: an assemblage of more than a hundred parcel eaux-de-vie from the 2012-2019 vintages, made only from organic barley grown in the French Alps and bottled at 44%, unchill-filtered and uncoloured. It matures among new French oak and ex-Cognac, ex-Armagnac and ex-wine casks. Candied fruit, white peach and almond in the nose; an alpine freshness and cereal sweetness in the mouth; a long finish laced with high-mountain salinity.
