Hatozaki Finest Blended

The flagship of Kaikyo Distillery, the young producer at the foot of the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge: a blend of malt and grain whiskies with a minimum 40% malt content, non-chill-filtered, matured in ex-bourbon, sherry and Japanese mizunara casks. Herbal, citrusy nose with toffee; vanilla, honey and soft spice on the palate; short, rounded finish. Bottled at 40% in 700 ml.
