Hakushu Distiller’s Reserve

A no-age-statement single malt from the forest distillery. It blends young and older malts, with a small proportion of peated malt, matured in American oak. The greenest expression of Hakushu: peppermint, melon and cucumber on the nose; yuzu, grapefruit and lemon thyme on the palate, with a subtle whiff of smoke. Equally at home in a highball.
