Girvan Patent Still No. 4

The entry-level single grain in the Girvan Patent Still range, named for the 'No. 4' column still ('Apparatus', 'Apps') that the distillery commissioned in 1992 to distil under vacuum, a pioneering method that produces an exceptionally clean, light spirit. Made from a mash of wheat and malted barley and matured in first- and refill bourbon barrels. Soft and sweet, with cereal, vanilla, candied fruit and a hint of caramel.
