Edradour Caledonia

A special Edradour release selected by Scottish songwriter Dougie MacLean and named after his famous song Caledonia. Initially matured in bourbon casks and finished for 4-5 years in Oloroso sherry, unchill-filtered at 46% ABV. Nose of honey, sultanas, sweet figs and raisiny sherry richness; palate of toasted almonds, orange zest, warming spices and Christmas cake; surprisingly dry finish with fruit and spice.
