The world's first buckwheat whisky, born in Brittany at the hands of the Le Lay family and rested for five years in French oak casks that once held Cognac. A 43% dram: an intense, fruity nose of citrus, roasted hazelnut and heather; a palate of apple, orange peel and candied apricot with cinnamon and nutmeg; a fresh, fruity, creamy finish with apple and honeyed earth.
