Cotswolds Signature Single Malt

The first whisky ever distilled in the Cotswolds and its flagship single malt: a 46% unchill-filtered NAS made with locally grown, floor-malted barley, matured 70% in STR (shaved, toasted, re-charred) red-wine casks and 30% in first-fill ex-bourbon barrels. A nose of honey, butterscotch and marzipan with apple, pear and lime zest; a silky palate of golden syrup, stewed peach and baked apple laced with cinnamon and nutmeg; a long, resinous finish of oak, dark red fruit, black pepper and a hint of treacle. 46%, 700 ml.
