Cotswolds Distillery

England's largest single malt distillery, founded in 2014 by financier Daniel Szor in Stourton, in the Cotswolds. Working exclusively with locally grown, floor-malted barley and slow fermentation, it matures its unchill-filtered whiskies in STR red-wine, bourbon and sherry casks. Its Signature Single Malt is the world's best-selling English single malt, and Berry Bros. & Rudd took a stake in 2023.
