A Kentucky Straight bourbon from the Bulleit Distilling Co., made with a high-rye recipe: 68% corn, 28% rye and 4% malted barley. At 45% ABV it is medium amber with a bold, spicy character and sweet oak aromas; a smooth mid-palate of maple, oak and nutmeg, and a long, dry, satiny finish with a touch of toffee.
