Bulleit Distilling Co.

The Bulleit Distilling Co. was founded in 1987 by Tom Bulleit, who revived the high-rye family recipe of his great-great-grandfather Augustus Bulleit. Known for its high-rye bourbon (68% corn, 28% rye, 4% malted barley), it opened its own distillery in Shelbyville, Kentucky in 2017. It is part of Diageo.
