The flagship whisky of Brenne, the French brand founded by Allison Parc: a 100% organic single malt, distilled in a Charentais alembic at a family distillery in the Cognac region and aged at least six years in new French Limousin oak and ex-Cognac casks, at 40%. Tropical fruit and French patisserie: banana, pear drop, mango and vanilla with crème brûlée on the nose; a creamy palate of pineapple, coconut, vanilla and chocolate; a short finish of gentle oak and residual sweetness. 40%, 700 ml.
