An elegant, herbal malt from Dewar's The Last Great Malts series, matured in ex-bourbon casks. Orchard fruit, heather honey and wildflowers on the nose; the palate is surprisingly textured and oily, with soft spices and a clean, refreshing finish. Non-chill filtered with no artificial colouring.
