Portland, Oregon distillery founded in 2004 by Christian Krogstad and a pioneer of American single malt. It brews an artisanal ale from Pacific Northwest two-row malted barley, double-distills it in copper pot stills, and matures it in new charred American oak barrels amid Oregon's extreme climate of hot summers and cool, wet winters.
