Distillerie de Rozelieures

A Grallet-Dupic family farm distillery of fruit eaux-de-vie, founded in 1877 in the village of Rozelieures, Lorraine, and turned by Hubert Grallet and son-in-law Christophe Dupic into the region's first whisky distillery after a trip to Scotland in 2001: their first single malt was bottled in 2007. The family farms 300 hectares, has run its own maltings since 2017, draws water from a 500-metre well and powers the site with its own methane plant — a nearly complete farm-to-bottle project.
