Isle of Harris Distillery

Distillery opened in 2015 in Tarbert on the Isle of Harris, community-founded to regenerate the local economy and celebrate the Hebridean spirit and way of life. It distils its social gin and The Hearach whisky using water from the Abhainn Cnoc a' Charrain, which runs over the oldest rocks on earth, and lightly peated Scottish barley.
