Glenora Distillery

The easternmost distillery in North America, in Glenville (Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia). Founded in 1990 by Bruce Jardine, it was the first in North America to produce a single malt, Glen Breton. Its unpeated malts mature in the Atlantic maritime climate, which shows in every sip. The MacLean family still leads it, and its Rare 10 Year Old remains the benchmark expression.
