Dà Mhìle Distillery

A family craft distillery on the organic Glynhynod farm in Ffostrasol (Ceredigion, West Wales), distilling since 2012 on a wood-fired copper pot still using UK organic barley. The Savage-Onstwedder family, also known for their craft cheese Caws Teifi, make a Soil Association-certified organic single malt that is non-chill-filtered and uncoloured, bottled as single casks.
