Maison Daucourt (Bastille 1789)

A family distillery founded in Angoulême, in the French Charente, by the fourth generation of the Daucourt family, which launched Bastille 1789 in 2010, one of France's pioneering whiskies. It makes its blend of malted barley and raw wheat (50/50), double-distilled in Charente gooseneck copper pot stills and finished in a triple cask of bourbon, Sauternes and cognac, alongside its single malt range.
