Yellow Spot 12 Years Old

A single pot still fully matured for 12 years in three cask types: American bourbon, Spanish sherry butts and Spanish Malaga wine casks. Nose of honey, pot still spices, coffee, milk chocolate and crème brûlée, with red apple over toasted oak. The palate is sweet and complex, with spice, honeyed peach from the Malaga wine, red grape and dry barley in a long, sophisticated finish.
