The Spice Tree

A Compass Box blended malt devoted to oak-derived spice: Highland malts matured and finished in the company's own hybrid casks, built with heavily toasted new French oak heads from the Vosges. Clove, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla on the nose; the palate is full, round and sweet, with a long spice-laced finish. Bottled at 46% with natural colour and no chill filtration.
