The Peat Monster

A peated blended malt from Compass Box made predominantly of Caol Ila and Laphroaig matured in refill hogsheads, with a touch of Highland malt finished in French oak. Despite its name, it is one of the most approachable smoky whiskies: bonfire smoke and sea spray, smoked bacon, vanilla and honey, with a long, ashy finish. Bottled at 46% with natural colour and no chill filtration.
