Teeling Single Pot Still

The first pot still whiskey distilled in Dublin in nearly 50 years, using the capital's classic recipe: 50% malted and 50% unmalted barley, triple distilled and matured in American virgin oak, bourbon and sherry casks. Nose of cinnamon, grapefruit, cream soda and roasted almonds; palate of white pepper giving way to ripe kumquats, peaches and cream and honey; a dry, spicy finish of dark muscovado sugar. 46% ABV, non-chill-filtered.
