Shelter Point Classic Single Malt

Shelter Point's (Campbell River, Vancouver Island, Canada) flagship single malt, from the distillery Patrick Evans built on his family farm. 100% malted British Columbia barley, double-distilled in Forsyths copper stills and matured in first-fill American oak bourbon casks. Uncoloured and non-chill filtered, it carries the maritime climate of the Strait of Georgia: apple, grain and a saline touch on the nose; honey, vanilla and soft spice on the palate. 46%, 750 ml. Known as 'Artisanal Single Malt' before 2022.
