Powers John's Lane Release

A 12-year-old single pot still, triple distilled and matured in American bourbon casks with a small proportion of Oloroso sherry. The nose is earthy — leather and tobacco over charred wood, dark chocolate and treacle toffee. The palate is full-bodied and spicy, with vanilla, honey and dried apricot, leading to a long, honeyed and persistent finish on toasted oak.
