Midleton Very Rare

Midleton's flagship Irish blend, crafted from the distillery's own pot still and grain whiskeys, aged 12 to 20 years and matured in lightly charred ex-bourbon American oak barrels. Aroma of vanilla, honey and orchard fruit — apple and pear — with pot still spice like cinnamon, ginger and white pepper. The palate is creamy and luscious, with butterscotch, toffee and crème caramel over toasted oak, and a medium-long, gently sweet finish of warm oak, cinnamon and a whisper of roasted orange.
