Kingsbarns Dream to Dram

The first flagship single malt from Kingsbarns, distilled in 2015 and bottled at 46% ABV without chill filtration and with natural colour. Matured in first-fill ex-bourbon casks from Heaven Hill and STR (shaved, toasted and re-charred) wine casks. Very fruity and light: banana, pineapple, vanilla and summer berries on the nose, while toffee, custard pastry, redcurrants and a hint of ginger come through on the palate, with a soft, spicy finish.
