High West Double Rye!

A blend of two straight ryes from High West: a young column-still rye (95% rye, 5% malted barley) and the distillery's own copper-pot rye (80% rye, 20% malted rye), both aged at least two years in new white American oak barrels. The nose shows mint, clove, cinnamon, pine nuts and dark chocolate; the palate brings rye spice, menthol, eucalyptus and wildflower honey with allspice; the finish turns sweet on cinnamon and mint with a hint of anise. Bottled at 46% ABV.
