Green Spot

A classic single pot still from Mitchell & Son, made in Midleton and matured in new and refill bourbon barrels along with sherry butts. Aroma of green apple, orchard fruit, sweet barley and toasted oak. The palate is creamy and full-bodied, with green apple, honey and vanilla, characteristic pot still spices like clove and cinnamon, towards a medium, warm, gently drying finish.
