700 ml presentation. A peated malt inspired by the neighbouring fishing village of Portsoy: rich peat and maritime character joined by tropical fruit, dark chocolate and soy sauce. Matured in sherry, bourbon and port casks, bottled at 49.1%. Volume: 70cl ABV: 49.1% Flavour profile The aroma Rich maritime waves with tropical fruit, sherried dark soy, liquorice and sea kelp. On the palate Full bodied with dark chocolate, charred mango, treacle and a crack of sea salt. Finish notes Smoky and salt-sweet, long and enveloping.
