Glenfiddich 15 Year Old Solera

Glenfiddich 15 Solera is crafted with the distillery’s pioneering solera technique, inspired by the sherry bodegas of Spain and Portugal. In this edition, whiskies matured in European oak sherry, American oak and new oak casks are harmonised in a large oak tun (the solera) that has never been fully emptied since 1998. It offers a complex aroma of heather honey and vanilla with dark fruits; on the palate it is silky, with layers of sherry oak, marzipan, cinnamon and ginger, and a rich, persistent finish. Bottled at 40% ABV.
