Non-age statement, non-chill-filtered and bottled at 48% ABV, marrying bourbon and sherry casks. Nose of sweet vanilla, grapefruit, green apple and subtle spice; buttery creamy palate leading to vanilla, green apple and citrus notes; subtle, elegant finish with honey sweetness, hints of heather and a touch of spice.
