Dead Rabbit Irish Whiskey

Irish blended whiskey produced by Dublin Liberties Distillery in collaboration with the famous New York City pub The Dead Rabbit Grocery and Grog. At 44% ABV, this whiskey features aromas of orange peel, vanilla, fresh-cut flowers, treacle, and spice. On the palate it is rich and velvety, with notes of orange citrus, toffee, wood spice, leather, and tobacco leaf. Recommended pairings: pork, pastas, lobster, maple-braised bacon, duck, pastry.
