Crown Royal's first rye (2015) and the first Canadian ever named 'World Whisky of the Year' in Jim Murray's Whisky Bible 2016, with 97.5/100. A blend crafted from at least 90% rye whisky, matured in new charred oak and re-married in Gimli, Manitoba. Baking-spice, cereal and light-oak nose; butterscotch, spiced vanilla and soft pepper on the palate; creamy, refined finish. 45%, 750 ml.
