Chichibu On The Way

'On The Way' is Chichibu's maturity journal: every edition bottles the progress of its own malt on the road to full maturity. The 2024 (Floor Malted) edition unites 58 casks of house malts aged 9 to 15 years — bourbon, sherry, wine, mizunara and tiny chibidaru — non-chill-filtered. White peach, honey and mint on the nose; juicy pear on the palate, with a long fruit-acid finish.
